1. Creative Designer – Jewelry Design Department

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creative ideas and prototype production of jewelry designs.
Ensure the design is in line with Aethers & Co’s simple, sophisticated design philosophy.
Participate in team meetings and work with other creative designers to drive the development of the brand's design style.
Require:

Bachelor degree or above in jewelry design or related field.
Have more than 2 years of experience in jewelry design.
Have a keen eye for trends in the fashion and jewelry industry.

2. Production Technician - Manufacturing Department

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and management of production processes to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.
Work with the design team to transform design drawings into high-quality jewelry products.
Ensure sustainability and environmental protection in the production process.
Require:

Professional background in technology, metalworking or related field.
Experience in manufacturing and process management is preferred.
Have an in-depth understanding of the jewelry manufacturing process.

3. Sustainability Specialist – Environmental Team

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and execution of the company's sustainability plan.
Research and promote the application of renewable materials.
Coordinate the company's charity activities, with a special focus on educational support for African girls.
Require:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Social Responsibility, or related field.
Applicants with relevant experience in the field of sustainable development will be given priority.
Have the passion to promote public welfare undertakings.
